Mcmanis winery is certified sustainable and certified Green. Wine grapes for their 2017 Chardonnay were sourced from the AVA of River Junction. This is one of the few California appellations that is home to a single producer located at the confluence of the San Joaquin and Stanislaus rivers. Great acidity on this dry, medium-bodied Chard with buttery apple, ripe pear, stonefruit, tropical fruit. Chill and enjoy with grilled pork chops.

Chardonnay food pairings: scallops with a sesame ginger dressing, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, pan-fried cod with lemon butter sauce, toasted ravioli served with Alfredo sauce.
