Pale gold in the glass. An interesting nose of baking bread with a subtle nuttiness and underlying white flowers. Nicely balanced with an elegant, substantial finish. Pair with scallops and foie gras. Tasted May 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com

Soft and subtle aromatics of lemon, green apple, and biscuit. Extra dry with racy acidity. Nicely textured with a long finish featuring replays of lemon, green apple, and yeast. Great value, interchangeable with Champagne at half the price. Serve with shrimp, shellfish, or fried calamari.
Traditional method, brut Crémant de Bourgogne with bright green apple, toasty buttered brioche, lime-lemon zest flavours with a creamy mousse on the palate. Lees ageing gives this crémant added finesse and structure. - Community Wine Reviews
