A lovely, vibrant Niagara rosé with notes of field strawberries. Racy acidity for fresh seafood and shellfish. Medium-bodied and works well as a refreshing aperitif.

Rosé food pairings: charcuterie, soft herbal cheeses with dried fruit, strawberry and spinach salad with poppy seed dressing, fresh oysters or citrus poached shrimp.

Reviews and Ratings

From Beamsville Bench on the Niagara Escarpment Malivoire Vivant (2016) is very vivant with racy acidity, bright strawberries, citrus and flinty notes. The wine is dry with Gamay wine grapes hand-harvested in the cool of the morning and fermented in stainless steel tank to preserve freshness and fruit flavours. - Community Wine Reviews
