A lovely, supple, juicy Prince Edward County Pinot Noir with aromas of tart cherry, earth and spice. This wine was matured in French oak barrels. Pair with veal or roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Lovely, aromatic, and so flavourful! Aromas of black cherry, cranberry, evergreen, warm spice , fresh earth and leather. Medium bodied with some soft tannins and bright acidity. Lovely balance of fruit, spice, earth and oaky smoke. This wine will be lovely in a few years, but you can also enjoy now with pan seared duck.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Another fine performance from Light Hall Vineyards. Expressive aromas of cherry, sweet spice and wood smoke introduced a medium bodied palate featuring a concentrated red fruit core and stunning notes reminiscent of eucalyptus, cedar and smoke. Crafted from pinot noir harvested in Ontario’s Prince Edward County appellation. Drink now or let it mature. Enjoy.
