Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

You can taste the influence of the sun-baked terroir in France's Rousillon region in your glass. Delicious concentrated dark fruit flavours with black olive, rosemary and hints of smoke, too. Mouth-watering with good texture. Exciting match for grilled lamb. Fantastic value.
Tasted Feb. 2018
Such a delicious, robust and dry red from the Côtes Catalanes, Roussillon wine region. Le Cirque 2014 is a circus of dark berry fruit, garrigue herbs and cracked pepper flavours on the palate. The wine blend is made from 60% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 20% Syrah from 50 plus year old vines. Such great value as well. Drink now and for the next three years. Pair with rich meaty stews. - Community Wine Reviews
