Lots of acidity and tart cherry with tomato leaf aromas and flavours. Oregon Pinot Noir is a different wine than pinots from other regions: it's edgier, mouth-watering and acidic in a great way that can handle many dishes from planked salmon to roast chicken. This wine also sports a silky texture, medium body and a snap on the finish.

Pinot Noir food pairings: cedar-planked salmon, roast beef, turkey, pork tenderloin, coq au vin.

A lovely, cool-climate, medium-bodied and dry Pinot Noir from Oregon, Bright ruby in the glass, soft, silky with ripe red fruit, sweet spice and edgy acidity. Absolutely great with grilled cedar-planked salmon. - Community Wine Reviews
