Kew Soldier's Grant 2019 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied and juicy red wine blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with 12% in Cabernet Franc. The wine is made in the Appassimento style with a portion of the grapes dried prior to winemaking. Rich on the palate with dark cherry, blackberry, clove and pepper spice, tobacco leaf and fine herb flavours rounded, smooth and long on the palate. The wine matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels.

Food pairings: pork, grilled steaks, roast duck, veal roast stuffed with apricots and wild mushrooms, roast beef dinner, garlic and rosemary rubbed roast leg of lamb.
