Reviews and Ratings

Wineboy rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A softer nose of red and black fruit combined. Crisp acids balanced by some obvious residual sugar - which it needs. I like the hamburger food match.
Nicole Lewis rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Dark garnet cloaked and offering chocolate, ripe cherry, stewed fruit and oak on the nose - nice full-bodied, moderate acidity ripe fruit wine. Good quality for this price point. A good red meat wine.

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Dark skinned plum, cherry, dark chocolate and vanilla, liquorice and even a touch of caramel. On the palate this evolves into jam laden fruitiness, cherry, and super ripe strawberry. Also a touch of sweet herbs, blackberry and cassis. Medium acidity, body and finish. Tannins are present but not overwhelming. Off dry and Fairly well balanced. A pretty decent blend of Baco and Cabernet Sauvignon. Can pair with tacos, beef strew or on just on its own. 86 points November 2019
