From the Niagara Escarpment wine region, Henry of Pelham Speck Family Reserve 2022 Chardonnay is produced from sustainably-grown grapes sourced from the winery's oldest vineyard that was planted by hand in 1988. Dry and full-bodied with white florals, this Beamsville Bench Chardonnay is expressive, creamy and lush with ripe apple, pear, dried pineapple, lemon curd, vanilla and caramel notes matched with fresh acidity on the palate. Absolutely lovely now, enjoy it with seafood dishes or a lobster bisque.

Chardonnay food pairings: roast chicken, lobster in butter, sweet pea soup, smoked fish.

Henry of Pelham Speck Family Reserve 2022 Chardonnay is produced from sustainably-grown grapes sourced from the winery's oldest vineyard which was planted in 1988. A dry, powerful and full-bodied Chardonnay creamy and lush with ripe apple, pear, grilled pineapple, lemon curd, vanilla and toffee flavours all wrapped up in fresh, food-friendly acidity, it is a perfect pairing to grilled lobster tails with drawn garlic butter. Yummy! Grapes were hand-harvested and gently whole-cluster pressed and the wine was barrel-fermented in French oak 3000L foudres. Absolutely stunning, enjoy it through 2027. - Community Wine Reviews
