From Short Hills Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Henry of Pelham Speck Family Reserve 2019 is a smoky, spicy Cabernet Merlot blend with ripe blackberry, vibrant cherry, raspberry, baking spice, mocha and a lingering vanilla finish. The wine was aged 20 months in French oak barrels. Enjoy it now with a slow-braised brisket or cellar for up to 10 years.

Cabernet Merlot food pairings: braised lamb shanks with rosemary and roasted garlic accents, good quality chocolate.
