Love this medium-plus bodied, rich red wine blend of Grenache and Syrah with lots of ripe black cherry, spicy and savoury herb flavours lush on the palate. Finishes with a smattering of white pepper spice.

Food pairings: pepper steak, hamburgers, roasted root vegetables.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Tuscany wine region, San Felice 2018 Chianti Classico is produced from mostly Sangiovese grapes. Fragrant with bright cherry, blue and pink florals, look for vibrant sour cherry, dark berry, dried fine herbs and a dusty tannin finish on the palate. Drinking beautifully now. Pour with a vegetarian lasagne. - Community Wine Reviews
From the Côtes Du Rhône wine region, Halos de Jupiter 2018 is produced by world renown winemakers, Philippe Cambie & Michel Gassier. Great value under $20 for this lush Grenache-driven Rhône red. Fragrant with dark cherry and spicy aromas, full in the mouth with ripe dark cherry, anise, cracked pepper and savoury herb flavours on the palate. Just a whack of red berry fruit on this wine. - Community Wine Reviews
