Oenologist Philippe Cambie and winemaker Michael Gassier are experimenting with grapes planted at different elevations in the southern Rhone Valley. Full-bodied and juicy with smoky black fruit aromas and flavours. Pair with veal, pork chops and duck.

Reviews and Ratings

Melanie Lloyd - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This full bodied wine has aromas of juicy black plums, earthy beets, red licorice, and sweet spice.

On the palate, it has dark berry flavours with hints of spice, structured tannins, and a long espresso finish.
