Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Lovely! Aromas of white peach, green pear, a warm spice and honeysuckle. Smooth on the palate, but also some balancing acidity. Flavours on the palate are honey, white peach and some lime zest on the finish. Enjoy with white fish and shrimp ceviche.
From Georgian Bay wine region, Georgian Hills 2017 is a fruity white made from the L'acadie Blanc hybrid wine grape. The grape is also grown in Nova Scotia and Quebec and does well in cool climate conditions and making both still and sparkling wine. This still white is off-dry, bright, vibrant and fresh with apple, soft citrus and mineral aromas and flavours on the nose and palate. Pair with seafood dishes. - Community Wine Reviews
