Intense lemon vibrancy on the nose and palate, which also offers green apple tartness. Aggressive acidity. Crisp and refreshing with nuances of long wispy grass in a fresh spring rain. Finishes with green apple and lime tang. Try it with vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: bell peppers, cheeses, shellfish, Caesar salad, corned beef and cabbage.

Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This crisp wine has flavours of lime, nectarine, arugala, and fresh green grass. Light in body the flavours stay on the lively refreshing finish.
Pair with potato/leak soup or fresh salads.
Drink now or keep until 2016.
Date tasted: October 2014.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
