Reviews and Ratings

A Californian red wine blend of mountain-grown fruit as well as Napa Valley floor. The wine is aged in a combination of small French and American oak barrels. The 2012 vintage of the winery's Merlot is their largest production wine at 15,500 cases and is a blend of 85% Merlot and other Bordeaux grapes. About 2o% new oak barrels were used to age the wine to preserve fruit freshness. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
