Flat Rock Nadja's Vineyard 2017 Riesling is an off-dry Riesling with green apple and lime zest aromas. On the palate, this is a bright and vibrant lemony Riesling with soft orange and herbal notes on the palate. Its mouth-watering acidity, makes it a fantastic food wine to pair with pork schnitzel and cheese spaetzle. Named for winemaker Ed Madronich's mother Nadia, this vineyard was planted in 2000. The two-hectare vineyard sits on the top of the Niagara Escarpment and with this elevation, the grapes ripen later than those below in the valley by several weeks.

Riesling food pairings: grilled chicken with lemongrass stalk, spicy pasta dishes, Feta cheese, butternut squash risotto, duck liver pate.

Beautiful! Off-dry, fragrant, and lovely. Aromas of green apple, lime, and stony minerality. Bright acidity, tons of lime on the palate and a slight herbaceousness on the finish. Enjoy with spicy seafood dishes.
