Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Wow this was really a tropical fruit flower bomb. Absolutely brilliant aromas here - like walking through a mid summer flower garden. Honeysuckle, sweetpeas, morning glories, peonies and lillies. Additionally, tropical fruit consisting of guava, papaya and extra ripe cantaloupe melon. Pale lemon colour. Flavours of tropical fruit, peppermint, and perfume. As well as some edible flowers and melon. Also a hint of wet stone. Medium plus acidity, full bodied and long finish. Profoundly perfectly perfumed. Pair with mandarin chicken salad, light coconut curry with saffron rice and sweet and sour pork.

This fragrant Torrontés from the Mendoza region is Argentina is Jasmine, liquid lemon and spice on the nose. Wine grapes for Fincas Patagonicas Zolo (2016) were sourced from the Alto Agrelo, Lujan de Cuyo, 900 metres above sea level. Good structure and zesty acidity on this great value and tasty Torrontés. - Community Wine Reviews
