An amazing wine for the money! Full-bodied, layered and savoury. Aromas of black cherry and black raspberry on the nose and palate. Supple and smooth. Perfect for grilled meats, from steak to chicken. Ideal for parties given the price quality ratio.

Food pairings: roast beef and all the trimmings, Gorgonzola and other blue cheeses, lamburgers.

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Amazing value for sure. Aromas include dark cherry, with some smoky and savoury notes. Full bodied with firm tannins, and fruity and smoky notes carry through on the palate. Enjoy with grilled steak.
From the Pays d'Oc, Ferraton La Tournée (2016) is fantastic value under $15 from the area of the Rhône wine region. The wine is a dry, rich blend of Grenache and Syrah, blended together and then aged on the lees for more complexity and structure on the wine. Great barbeque wine. - Community Wine Reviews
