Reviews and Ratings

A full-bodied southern French red wine from the heart of the Rhone Valley with aromas of black raspberry and dark cherry with some and spice. Very nice package. Pair with grilled meats, game and duck. MINE: Les Cornuds Vinsobres (2015) is a full-bodied, Grenache and Syrah Rhone Valley red from the Famille Perrin. Great value here under $20 with raspberry, dark cherry and spicy flavours. Pair with roast duck. The Rhone region of Vinsobres was promoted to Cru status in 2006. Previously, it was one of the 16 named villages in the Côtes du Rhône-Villages appellation. OTHER: A smoking value, the 2016 Vinsobres Les Cornuds is a spicy, cedary, and peppery effort that has classic garrigue and saddle leather notes, medium body, ripe tannin, and a good finish. It's a terrific wine that sells for a great price. Score - 90 (Jeb Dunnuck, jebdunnuck.com, Aug. 28, 2018). - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
