Reviews and Ratings

Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Dark ruby in the glass and quite complex on the nose, this Vacqueyras from Southern Rhone is lip smackingly delicious. Flavors of dark fruit, leather, floral, dark chocolate and cracked pepper, well integrated tannins - a very well made wine from start to finish.
Stephen Andrews reviewed this wine as follows:

Tasted July 8th 2017 with good friends at our house for dinner. Colour medium ruby, medium plus legs. Aromas, raspberry, red plum, cherry, clove. Taste lots of fruit, dry, medium plus body, nice sweet tannin, good acidity, smooth and mouthwatering. Paired with grilled beef tenderloin, herbs de Provence and baby portobello mushroom sauce.
This Vacqueyras is a robust red wine blend of 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah grapes. Drink for the next six years. - Community Wine Reviews
