Lovely Argentine Chardonnay, especially for the price! Rich and round white wine, with green apple aromas and a toasty goodness. The grapes for this Chardonnay were handpicked and then the wine was barrel-fermented for extra creaminess and texture. There's some golden lemon notes on the finish. Lots of toasty oak. Leaves you longing for more. Produced by Valentín Bianchi, this is an amazing robust Chardonnay for the money! The grapes are hand-picked and the wine is 100% barrel fermented for 8 months. Pair with roast chicken.

Chardonnay food pairings: lobster in butter sauce, beef bourguignon, broccoli mornay, turkey, cedar-planked salmon.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This price performer out of Argentina is a lovely medium lemon colour and the hand- picked grapes have been 100% barrel aged for rich toasty goodness. Lots of toast, butter and vanilla on the nose with just the right amount of tree fruit, oak and popcorn on the palate. Long creamy finish. This is a Chardonnay lovers Chardonnay. A very nice medium+ body white wine. Serve with pork, grilled poultry, planked salmon.
