From the Margaret River, Western Australia wine region, Evans & Tate Redbrook Estate 2019 is a dry, medium-bodied and fruity red wine blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec in support. Each varietal was individually fermented and matured in French oak barrels (15% new). The Cabernet Franc and Merlot were matured in 500-litre neutral puncheons for 12 months with the Cabernet Sauvignon matured 15 months in 300-litre hogsheads prior to the final blend.
