Natalie's Score: 88/100

Only 10,000 cases were made of this wine which is based 100% of the Cencibel grape otherwise known as Tempranillo, classic for the region. The wine aged for five months in French and American oak. A robust red wine with mocha and blackened, charry fruit in the nose that follows through on the palate. Full-bodied. Espresso finish. Pair with grilled meats.

Tempranillo food pairings: goat, leg of lamb with garlic, vinegar, and olive oil, Porchetta.
