Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Light and gentle ripe lemon and mild toasty yeast nose. Crisp and extra dry though soft on the palate. Organic traditional method bubbly with great value. Try with goat cheese on sea salt crackers, white fish with lemon, or bacon and cheddar shortbread cookies.

Emiliana is a traditional method, organic bubble from Chile's Casablanca Valley Wine Region. Bone-dry and creamy with fresh apple, pear, tropical and zesty citrus fruit flavours on the palate. Produced from organically grown 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir wine grapes with three-months lees ageing. Chill and enjoy now in all of its freshness. - Community Wine Reviews
