Dr. Loosen Blue Slate 2021 Riesling Kabinett is perfumed with ripe pear, white-fleshed stone fruit, lemon-lime zest, ginger spice and flinty mineral aromas and flavours on the palate. "Blue Slate" refers to the area of blue Devonian slate in the Middle Mosel producing a more floral Riesling. This gorgeous Mosel Riesling is just off-dry, medium-bodied and balanced with lip-smacking acidity and a perfect pairing to spicier dishes, such as Korean spiced ribs or mild curries. Drink or hold to 2030.

Riesling Kabinett food pairings: sushi with extra wasabi, roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, baby greens salad, feta cheese.
