Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

Das ist nicht trocken! Even though kabinett wines are the 'least sweet' on the German quality scale (Pradikat) they are still pretty off-dry with medium to low acidity. They are never bone dry unless you see "trocken" specified on the label.

This wine is off-dry full of floral, jammy stone fruit, candied lemon and honey aromas and flavours. Medium bodied, tangy acidy and a medium-long lemon cotton candy finish. I find it quite interesting with flame grilled jerk chicken - sweet & spicy!
Terrific minerality in this light German Riesling. Aromas of fleshy ripe stone fruit. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
