Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A French Loire Pouilly Fume. Fresh gooseberry nose with canned peas aspect. Palate has lots of canned vegetal, citrus and gooseberry. Extra-dry with long citrus/gooseberry finish.
Tasted April 2016
This French white wine is made form Sauvignon Blanc grapes, one of three varietals grown by winemaker Annick Tinel-Blondelet since 1983 at this winery. This wine won a silver medal t Concours Mondial of Sauvignon wine competition. The vines are planted in Kimmeridgian marl soils, in a geological cirque at the height of the hillside with southwest exposure to the sun and overlooking the Loire River. - Community Wine Review
