La Vaudevey 2017 is a bright and zesty premier cru Chablis. Not austere at all, but floral and citrusy on the nose finishing with a lingering flinty minerality. Chill and enjoy with a shellfish hot pot.

Chablis food pairings: raw oysters on the half shell with a raspberry mignonette, fresh steamed shrimp, pan-fried trout.

Delicate, balanced and refreshing, with fresh apple notes and a touch of citrus. Finely structured with excellent fruit expression. A great gift wine for a Chablis lover.
Tasted Feb. 2019
Domaine Laroche, Les Vaudevey 2017 is a premier cru, fresh and zesty, dry and medium-bodied Burgundian white wine from the Chablis. Crunchy green apple, zesty citrus finishing with a flinty, chalky minerality and lightly toasted almonds on the palate. Chill and pair with oysters on the half shell. - Community Wine Reviews
