An elegant Oregon Pinot Noir from one of the state's most respected producers. Supple, silky and medium-bodied. Aromas of dark cherry and some spice. This is the inaugural vintage for this wine. Pair with veal or roast chicken.

Pinot Noir food pairings: rack of lamb, sausage cassoulet, grilled hanger steak.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrew Bernardo rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Such a pretty wine, full of pressed purple flowers along with black cherry, incense and violet pastille on the finish. There’s a touch of oak and vanilla present but dissipates in the glass after 30 minutes. Drink 2020-2032. 91 Points.
From Eola-Amity Hills, Willamette Valley, Domaine Drouhin Roserock 2014 Pinot Noir is the newest venture for Domaine Drouhin established in Burgundy in the 1880s and now, in Oregon. The Roserock Vineyard is located at the southern tip of the Eola-Amity Hills with volcanic soils, cooler temperatures and an ideal elevation range. Farmed by Phillipe Drouhin, Roserock is certified sustainable. This is the first vintage of this medium-plus bodied Pinot Noir showing silky elegance, ripe red fruits and velvety tannins. Drink now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
