A stunning Californian Pinot Noir produced by Sashi Moorman and Master Sommelier Rajat Parr. Rich and layered yet with great finesse and a long finish. Burgundian leanings with a California signature. I can't believe it delivers so much character yet only has 12.5% alcohol. Wow. Pair with veal or roast chicken.

Pinot Noir food pairings: roast partridge, grilled lamb sausages, vegetarian pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

From the Santa Rita Hills, Santa Barbara County, Domaine De La Côte 2014 Pinot Noir is produced from the stellar winemaking team of Rajat Parr and Sashi Moorman. This PN is silky smooth with juicy red berries, blue florals and earthy spice flavours on the palate. Domaine de la Côte translates to Estate of the Slope and is a collection of 60 acres of vineyards -- Memorious, Bloom’s Field, Siren’s Call, Clos Juliet, and La Côte -- in the Santa Rita Hills wine region. The vineyards are organically farmed and wines are produced and bottled at the winery in the town of Lompoc in Santa Barbara County. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
