Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 83/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby with purple colour. Fleshy dark fruit, menthol, eucalyptus, black olives, bitter herbs. Length is long and hot. Medium+ plus body with grippy tannins.
Roasted lamb, BBQ beef ribs. Needs food. Decanting may soften tannins.
Tasted : November 8, 2014
Flying winemaker Michel Rolland has a hand in this Greek red wine that won a Gold Medal at the 2013 Sélections Mondiales des Vins Canada. The wine is a blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with 20% Merlot and 10% of the native Agiorgitiko also known as Saint George grapes. - Community Wine Reviews

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
