GOLD MEDAL - Berliner Wein Trophy 2014
DOUBLE GOLD MEDAL - CWSA 2015
In this wine the freshness and perfume of typical Piedmont grapes Dolcetto and Barbera are masterly joined to the distinctive character of international grape Cabernet Sauvignon.
All the grapes are harvested by hand around the middle-end of September month.
Then follows a long maceration and fermentation of each must at controlled temperature. Afterwards the wines are assembled.
The wine obtained is refined in oak wooden barrels for some months, then in bottle.
The colour is deep ruby red.
The perfume is complex, with notes of berries and ripe plump.
Its flavour is ample and velvety, with a great structure and harmonious body,.
Dolcetto, Barbera and Cabernet make this wine typical from Piedmont but in the same time very easy to drink and understand.
