Cinnamon, clove and nutmeg on the nose of this sparkling non-alcoholic aperitif that’s a blend of reishi mushroom and passion flower. A pleasantly bitter finish with tart grapefruit and mushroom forest floor. 35 calories per serving vegan and gluten free. Enjoy as an aperitif instead of Campari or throw ice and diced fruit in for a more tropical drink. Vegan, gluten-free and all natural.

Champignon Dreams food pairings: egg rolls, tandoori chicken, pulled pork sandwiches.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 87/100 with the following review:

A bright brick orange colour with a powerhouse of floral potpourri aromatics. Flavours of dried bergamot stem come through! This would be a superb ingredient in a variety of artisanal cocktails. - tasted January 2024

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
