From the Niagara wine region this is a racy rosé made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with a fresh nose of ripe cherries, strawberries and soft orange aromas, dry on the palate with vibrant pink grapefruit, savoury herbs and savoury spice flavours.

Rosé food pairings: salmon steaks, sausages, lightly savoury cheeses like white cheddar or smoked provolone.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale salmon with an orange hue. Aromas reveal under ripe strawberries, mint and a touch of earth with a mineral note. Flavours echo much of the same but the berries change into bright fresh raspberries and pale plums. Light and refreshing with bright acidity and elements of pale plums lingering into the back. Pair this with creamy dill baked salmon and soft cheeses. Tasted December 2020
A well-priced Creekside rosé under $20 with fresh cherries and red berry aromas on the nose. Produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, dry with ripe berry, soft orange and orchard fruit flavours on the palate. Great acidity for food. Pair with chicken kebabs and herbed quiches. - Community Wine Reviews
