Classic aromas of rosewater, lychee, baking spices and vanilla on the nose of this vibrant and well-made Niagara Viognier. Not over-the-top: well balanced. Perfect for Asian and spicy dishes.

Viognier food pairings: sautéed scallops, roasted pork, mild curries dishes, chicken stir-fry.

Reviews and Ratings

Ronald Guertin rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Bright with character and depth. One of the best Viognier's around!
Wineboy rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A lovely richer style Viognier. This one offers orange marmalade flavours with the classic floral nose of Viognier. Perfect for rich white lovers who wish to try something different, or for those who avoid heavily oaked whites.
This is a 100% Viognier white wine from St. David's Bench, Niagara-On-The-Lake wine region. Creekside Reserve Queenston Road Vineyard (2014) is a bright, medium-weight Viognier with honey, citrus and a touch of vanilla and spice on the finish from barrel fermentation on two-year old French oak barrels. Originally, Creekside planted Viognier with an eye to making a Shiraz Viognier blend, but then went for the light gold Viognier. - Community Wine Reviews
