Reviews and Ratings

Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The 2013 vintage Pinot Noir from St David's Bench VQA yields from Queenston Road Vineyard and is produced by Creekside Estate winery. Red ruby colour with a garnet hue and 13.0% ABV. This red offers aromas of red raspberry, black cherry, a touch of forest floor. On the palate, this wine offers slightly sour cherry, blood orange, cranberry and crab apple and a hint of strawberry and herbaceous spices. Highly acidic, mouthwatering, medium - body, well balanced. Pair with grilled lamb chops, seared cod loin and herb infused roasted poultry. Wonderful find. Enjoy 2015-2018.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Light ruby red colour, the nose shows lively dried herbs, cherry, and cran-apple notes. Tart cherry, with nice dried herbs that make this wine ideal with cedar planked salmon with fresh dill, or grilled pork tenderloin with rosemary. Drink slightly chilled 10-13c, and enjoy this spring and summer with tasty BBQ fare. Tasted May 2015. 89-90 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Paula Bernardino rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Definitely one of my favourite Pinot Noir from Ontario. A nice red cherry colour and fruity flavours. Paired with a platter of soft cheeses and crackers.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Ruby red in color with spirited aromas of cranberry and earth. The palate offers cranberry, raspberry, earth and dried herbs. Overall a very enjoyable wine that will pair well with grilled pork chops or salmon.
