Reviews and Ratings

Concha y Toro has been growing Carmenere in Peumo for more than 100 years. This is the perfect region to grow this grape with the warm climate, cool valley breezes and no extremes in temperature due to lake effect conditions (from Lake Rapel). These conditions allow for slow ripening of Carmenere and concentrating the grapes' sugars and flavours. This full-bodied wine has a lot of small ripe, red fruit and sweet spice on it with some green leaf notes, as is common for this varietal. Good acidity and balance to fruit, tannins are also grippy but not overtly so. Steak of your choice with this one. - Community Wine Reviews

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
