Reviews and Ratings

Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Garnet colour, with a beautiful nose of raisin, fig, leather, mushroom, and cedar. An absolutely lovely aroma profile, with a very inviting and lovely texture, this is a real winner, that will please any crowd! 93 points. Tasted March 2015. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This 2009 Brunello is edging it's way toward a garnet colour. Smooth and seductive texture with aromas and flavours of cherry, violet, cedar, toast, earthiness and milk chocolate. Acidity is a refreshing medium+ and preps for food - or the next sip! The length is long with a cherry vanilla finish. Try it tonight with a meat lovers pizza.

This hefty Italian red wine offers aromas of black fruit and dried herbs. Great cellar wine. - Community Wine Reviews
