This sur lie wine has a mouth-watering, vibrant attack of acidity that's balanced with lime citrus notes. Very refreshing, especially with shellfish.

Muscadet Sèvre Et Maine food pairings: steamed mussels.

Reviews and Ratings

This wine continues to charm and impress vintage after vintage. Tart and tangy, it reveals a nose of lifted floral, apple, mineral and citrus notes. The palate is dry and medium bodied. Well balanced with an excellent fruit character supported by more citrus, mineral and floral tones and a ribbon of racy acidity. An ideal companion for mussels. Use one bottle of this to steam the mussels in, and the other to enjoy with them. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
