Made in the traditional method, this Columbia Valley bubbly is fragrant on the nose with notes of jasmine, pomelo, and pink grapefruit, followed by pie crust, and mineral notes.

Luxurious on the palate with fine bubbles, a delicate mousse, and a pleasant mouth-feel. Medium-bodied, dry, with balanced acidity, and citrus notes that carry through on the palate. There's a touch of sharpness at the finish and the flavours linger. Overall, a well-made wine that tastes expensive, yet is at an excellent price point.

Wine food pairing: Great on its own, or try with salty fried appetizers or with quiche Lorraine.

The price is right for the sparkling wine out of Washington State. Nice lasting bubbles. Notes of flint with pear and lemon. Slightly sweet finish but refreshingly acidic. Looking to buy more and enjoy more evenings with Michelle!

This wine has tons of freshness and would make an excellent aperitif. Yellow apple, stone fruit, and a toasty, yeasty note guide you through to similar flavours on the palate. Very crisp and refreshing. Enjoy over the holidays or use as a base for mimosas at your next brunch. Great value traditional method sparkling from a region not known for their sparkling wines.

Michelle Brut is a traditional (aka Champagne) method sparkling wine from Washington State. At under $17 it offers impressive value. Beautiful aromas of crisp yellow apple, baked goodies (imagine Fig Newtons) and homemade bread. The palate is dry but nowhere bitter, showing more delicious fig pastries, apple, and biscuit. What a smart buy for a traditional method sparkling. Ideal with hors d'oeuvres, Thanksgiving meals, as a base for Champagne Cocktails, and at this price point a great candidate for your house bubbly to have on-hand, chilled, for those impromptu occasions that command sparkling wine. This wine is a steal! Classic method sparkling with puckering acidity, fresh stone fruit, toasty yeasty note, loads of citrus zest and tangy Granny Smith apple characters. This is a fine bubbled traditional method from Washington state from 63% Chardonnay, 19 % Pinot noir and 18% Pinot Gris. Perception of off dry at 1.3g/100 ml. Balanced. Yeasty and citrus notes persist on a medium finish. This is an accessibly priced traditional method wine from North America and is a great choice for brunch or festive dinner parties where "Champagne infused" mimosas and cocktails are enjoyed as well as straight up bubbles in a flute. This wine is ready to enjoy. Pair with parties and bubbly lovers.

The price of this sparkling was the first thing that caught my eye! Fine bubbles with aromas of apple, baked bread and some yeasty notes. Mouth watering acidity with toasty notes. This would be a great bubbly to bring out for a big gathering - or just to sip on your own!

I re-tasted with some girlfriends and it reaffirmed what a fabulous sparkling wine this is! Everyone loved it - especially the price!

Subtle nose of green apples. In retro, you get the pastry aromas. A little short and flat in the mouth, but festive and inexpensive.

with Japanese cuisine.
