Reviews and Ratings

Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lovely aromas of red cherry and plum with warm spicy notes and leather. Medium bodied with some bright acidity and light tannins. On the palate the fruit and berry notes are fresh and bright with some peppery and leather flavoirs on the lengthy finish. Enjoy with turkey or roasted pork.
Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Made by Antoine Vincent, a fifth-generation winemaker; barn yard notes, a medium bodied Beaujolais with soft tannins that are barely noticeable. Plums, mushrooms and earthy notes, with some red fruit and a slight acidity on the finish. Exceptionally food friendly - you can enjoy this wine with pink fish, poultry and veal dishes. Very appealing, easy drinking and fresh on the palate.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Delightful red plum and cinnamon on the nose. Fruit defines the palate on this medium bodied, smooth sipper. This would be a great choice for a party red to sip on its own or serve with poultry or veal. Tasted Nov 15, 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
From Juliénas, Beaujolais wine region, Château Fuisse 2016 is an elegant, vibrant and tasty Gamay produced by J.J. Vincent. Love the bright raspberry, cold tea, pink florals, ripe cherry and pepper spice flavours finishing long on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Enjoy with a grilled pepper steak. - Community Wine Reviews
