Juicy and lip-smacking tasty with lemongrass acidity on the palate for Thai dishes and grilled lemon chicken. Lovely medium-body yet packed with flavour, but not heavy. Great aperitif.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This bone dry white Bordeaux is a blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon. Fresh with familiar grassy notes as well as citrus, tree fruit, tropical fruit zest and lip-smacking acidity. Perfect salad wine or sipped on it's own.
Tasted: January 2016
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon in this white Bordeaux. Sweet orchard fruit, gooseberry, lemongrass on the nose. The palate is bone dry with a refreshing tart exotic fruit and herbal finish. Enjoy with shellfish, or garden salads with tangy dressing. Tasted January 2016. 88+ points. Great value. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
This is a zesty, vibrant Bordeaux white wine blend of 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Semillon grapes produced by Famille Sichel, who also own the esteemed Châteaux Palmer and Angludet. Bright notes of lime zest and racy acidity. - Community Wine Reviews
