An opulent chardonnay made from whole berry cluster pressed grapes that were 100% barrel-fermented and aged 10 months in French oak. This results in a luxuriously rich and layered chardonnay with generous aromas of peach, apple and Asian pear. Phenomenally delicious!

Chardonnay food pairings: fresh crab, just pulled from the pot on the stove, lobster in butter, corn dishes.

Reviews and Ratings

Our very best wines are bottled as Platinum. It's our reminder that the choices we make have to add up to one better than gold. Made from clones 76, 96 and Washington, the Platinum Chardonnay was whole berry cluster pressed and 100& barrel fermented. Hand-harvested at CedarCreek, Greata Ranch, Mauz and Duncan Vineyards, we aged the 2008 vintage 11 months in French oak from Coopers François Frères, Cadus, Berthomieu, Remond and Daragaud & Jaegle. Without these details, our Chardonnay wouldn't be Platinum. And the results show in every bottle. On that you have our word.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
