Reviews and Ratings

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

aroma: field strawberry, orange blossom, Thai basil, melon
taste: intense tart strawberry, pink grapefruit, lemon.
fine, moderate bubbles

Wonderful aperitif, great value and flavor, pretty spring wine, or for mothers day!

paired with:
lentils cooked in vegetable broth, black pepper, roasted tomatoes, goats cheese swirl. Rapini saut?ed in garlic, olive oil, and pepper flake.
Gold Medal winner at the 2011 Concours Général Agricole in Paris. Traditionally made sparkling wines are for more than just great parties (although we love those too). Good bubblies like this pretty- in-pink Crémant from Burgundy are incredibly food-friendly. The pale pink colour leads to aromas of dried cherries, cranberry and apples. It’s dry with a moderate mousse, juicy fruit flavours along with mineral and baked bread notions, with a long and refreshing finish. Source: Vintages Wine Catalogue.
