A full-bodied red with enticing aromas of dark fruit and smoke on the nose. Supremely satisfying velvet texture with gorgeously fleshy black plums and dark berries. Perfect for dinner parties or casual gatherings. This winery sources its Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from four different vineyards in the Andes for greater complexity. Lovely spice and pepper on the finish. Try with hearty meat dishes.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pepper steak, beef empanadas, chicken cacciatore.

Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

I found this to be a fabulous Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina with rich bold dark fruits joined by flavors of cassis, spice and black pepper. A great value in my opinion. Big and bold enough to take on any beef dish. A winner in my opinion.
Sebastien Lafortune reviewed this wine as follows:

Great powerful wine that showcases Argentina's versatility. Blackberry plum aromas along with juicy dark cherry flavors. The tannins are tight and will go well with your favorite BBQ dish.
This wine was made using a five-day cold maceration to concentrate it's flavours. Then is was aged in oak for a year. It's a blend of 4 vineyards and the grapes aside from cabernet sauvignon include: 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Source: Winery
