Reviews and Ratings

Jenny Ratcliffe-Wright CWM rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A lovely Chianti leaning slightly on the traditional side. Raspberry and rhubarb crumble mixed with strawberry jam and a note of roasted meat and lanolin or a hint of wax. Great acidity pulls the wine together to make it the perfect pairing with food. Try it with roasted chicken with pancetta, lentils and rosemary and creamy polenta. @wrightwineblog
From the Tuscany wine region, Castellani Campomaggio 2015 is a bright and fruity Chianti Classico with firm and grippy tannins. Lots of ripe raspberry, strawberry and red berry flavours on the palate with fresh acidity for food -- a Margherita pizza would do fine, but it could also cellar for three more years to mellow and marry. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
