From Casas del Bosque, Botanic Series 2023 is an excellent value Pinot Noir rosé at $17. Produced from sustainably-grown grapes from coastal Casablanca Valley, with a portion of the grapes (15%) fermented in concrete egg, the balance saw elevage in stainless-steel tanks. Bright and fresh on the nose and palate with fresh red cherry, berry, strawberry and grapefruit zest it finishes crisp, clean and zesty. Chill and enjoy it with creamy cheeses or seafood canapes.

Pinot Noir Rosé food pairings: salmon poke bowl, grilled Arctic Char filets, creamy cheeses.
