A bone-dry Prosecco produced from Glera wine grapes grown in the appellation of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. Crisp and citrusy with ripe red apple and buttery brioche nose, lingering mousse mouth filling on the palate. Great value as well. Pair with seafood canapes. Founded in 1868 by Antonio Carpenè, Carpenè Malvolti has been influential in producing quality Prosecco.

Prosecco Superiore food pairings: oysters, goat cheese, fried chicken, smoked ham, seafood.

Love this Prosecco from Conegliano Valdobbiadene. Carpenè Malvolti 1868 is bone-dry with a persistent and creamy mousse with tasty lemon zest, creamy apple, pear and tropical fruit flavours finishing long and toasty on the palate. Vibrant acidity for just about anything. Chill and enjoy on its own now or pair with grilled shellfish and seafood appetizers. - Community Wine Reviews
