Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Bright yellow with aromas of toasted nuts and croissants. The palate gives bright lemon, brioche and toasted almonds, with fine mousse and a long lemony, nutty finish. Perfect for lobster, smoked salmon, buttered scallops, savoury appetizers or Bouillabaise.
Tasted Nov. 2016
Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A brilliant gold Champagne that will make some wine glass look very attractive this holiday season! An overpowering mineral note hits you at first glance then comes some buttered popcorn turned caramel corn note. The palate shows high high HIGH mousey acidity. Flavours showcase a saline character with a long lemony finish. Enjoy with smoked salmon canapes. Tasted Dec 2016 - @sommsosa | bespoketastings.ca
This premier cru Champagne or Cuvée was created as a tribute to Henri Brochet-Hervieux (thus HBH), son of Louis who started production in 1943. The blend is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Serve at 6-8 degrees Celsius. - Community Wine Reviews
