Oh, like you can never have too much Bollinger Champagne. This 1500 ml size might do it. Produced from 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier sourced from more than 300 crus. This is a beautifully complex and satisfying non-vintage bubble with a rich mousse of spice cake, roasted apples, poached pear, peach compote, brioche, nutty with fresh soft citrus acidity. So well made. Chill and enjoy anytime.

Champagne food pairings: oysters on the half shell with a strawberry mignonette, lobster Thermidor, fish and chips, grilled prawns.

Reviews and Ratings

Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lively peach and light petrol on the nose here while apple and ginger play on the palate. Some perceived sweetness. Tasty, however the mousse is noticeably subdued. Calls for canapés. Tasted October 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut 1500 is my kind of size of Champagne bottle. Love the lacy mouse, apple crunch, toast, sweet spice and orange zest flavours with a long mineral finish on the palate. Satisfying and delicious. Enjoy now and often. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
